Louisa provides individual therapy for adults experiencing anxiety, depression, grief and loss, developmental trauma, personality difficulties, and relationship and attachment issues.

She is also trained in the Gottman Method, offering evidence-based couples therapy to help partners build stronger, more connected relationships.

All sessions are delivered online via Telehealth, making quality psychological support accessible from the comfort of your own home — wherever you are in Australia.

Louisa's therapeutic approach is grounded in curiosity, warmth, and genuine empathy, creating a safe, judgment-free space for you to explore your challenges and work towards lasting change.
